About Katalin Sali

Certified Massage Therapist

I believe that everyone's body is unique and beautiful in its own way, there are no judgments made when a client is on my table. My massage sessions are therapeutic with detailed work wherever the body needs the attention and usually are integrative. The modalities I use depend on what you need during the session. I might combine energy work with neuromuscular and reflexology techniques, other times swedish massage with shiatsu.

I love to work with clients who need orthopedic, medical and sport massage. However, whichever type of massage you choose to receive you are sure to experience reduced stress, lowered anxiety and hostility. Massage relieves your fatigue, improves circulation throughout your body which helps relieving sprains or joint pains. Therapeutic massage is really about health care and prevention, it is not a luxury. I hope to see you soon.

I have worked with children, teenagers and adults for most of my life; I have helped them set goals and guided them to reach those goals as a personal trainer and swim coach. Being a competitive swimmer myself as a young girl, I experienced firsthand the physical benefits of massage. It wasn't until just a few years ago that I have discovered the emotional and mental benefits of a good massage and wanted to be able to give that experience to my clients and swimmers.

I found a wonderful school, Health Choices Holistic Massage School in Hillsborough, where I not only learned the different techniques of massage, but a whole lot more... it has changed my life.

I believe that finding the right massage therapist is the key in getting the most out of your session. My wellness massage practice focuses on you, the whole person; mind, body and spirit. I listen to you and your needs and my hands listen to what your body is telling them. I am present with you throughout the session and work with you to relieve pain, reduce muscle tension and increase range of motion in joints.
